The EasyReader+ instrument is a lateral flow immunochromatographic analyser for quantitative results.

The EasyReader+ installation kit includes the analyser and software that allows the operator to perform the evaluation, control the operation, store the measurement results and move them to the database.

Operating principle:

EasyReader+ uses lateral flow immunochromatographic test technology
The EasyCheck® system uses direct immunoassay technology with nitrocellulose membrane rapid test devices.

Rapid test device technology
The sample to be tested (as described for each parameter on the device
type of sample to be used) is loaded into the test devices by the operator. The sample is spontaneous,
spontaneously migrates across the nitrocellulose membrane by capillary action and the membrane is
particles and molecules present in different parts of the membrane.
1 First it interacts with the conjugate; the particles attach to the coloured or
coated bioactive particles. The sample particles passing through the conjugate are thus also
coated with colour.
2 The test sample passes through the Test Line (T) and the Control Line (C),

- in the control strip, the molecules bind all particles passing through the strip and this
indicates that the test device is working. If a sufficient amount of coloured coating is applied
test sample particles bind, a coloured band will appear on the control strip; this indicates that the test sample is

Depending on the presence of the analyte in the sample, the colour of the test strip will vary in intensity
