WAM module report:
The WAM is a wireless data acquisition and patient cable/module.
It is sufficient if the device is located at a distance of 3-4 m from the patient to transmit the signals to the device without cable connection. The test requires the use of rectal and thoracic electrodes, but no direct (cable) connection between the data acquisition unit and the device is required.
It is recommended for practices where space in the examination room is limited and the ECG machine cannot fit.
The device incorporates the Mortara Veritas analysis algorithm, one of the most recognised ECG algorithms in the world. It provides ECG measurement (distance, amplitude, time, axis data, average RR, QTcF, QTcB values), as well as age and gender specific text ECG assessment, including justification data
Memorroa: storage capacity of 20 recordings
Compatible with the following systems:
Meditor 5: automatically recognises the patient's social security number (must be entered on the device before recording) and automatically matches the recording to the patient's chart
MedMax: automatically recognises the patient's social security number (must be entered on the device before recording) and automatically matches the recording to the patient's chart
visual IxDoki: the recording can be manually attached to the patient's chart.
Other systems: if the documentation software provides electronic document attachment, the ECG file can be manually attached to the patient record.
Parameters:
- internal software in Hungarian language, messages, menu
- ECG can be transferred from ECG to PC with a USB stick by purchasing separate software (USB stick not included)
- Portability: mobile, battery-powered ECG device
- Patient cable: digital. Portable, portable, battery-powered: digital.
- Display: colour graphic display. Display of 12 leads simultaneously, heart rate display
- Battery capacity: 200 ECG recordings
- Data recording: simultaneous recording of 12 channels
- Data entry: patient data can be entered using the function keys
- Printing: printing of 12 channels per channel on built-in thermal recorder
- Print image: configurable
- Paper speed: 5, 10, 25 or 50 mm/sec
- Operating modes: Manual and automatic
- ECG measurement: distance, time, amplitude, tending data, QTcB, QTcF
- InterpretationVeritas™ ECG scoring algorithm with gender and age specificity. The device not only provides an opinion on the recording, but also lists possible causes of ECG abnormalities.
- Electrode impedance determination: automatic
- Contact failure: Conduction drop monitoring, defective electrode indication
- Warning in case of reversed lead: Approximately 3 seconds of continuous ECG waveform required
Filter functions:
Baseline wander correction
AC mains noise filter algorithm (50/60Hz)
Muscle motion (tremor, tremor) filter algorithm
Defibrillator protection
- Memory:
For storing 20 ECGs - stored recordings cannot be recalled to the device display, they can only be displayed again on a PC.
ECGs are automatically saved. If the memory is not read out, the oldest recording in memory is deleted to record the current recording.
Saving ECG to USB memory (USB drive not included in the price)
Transfer of recordings saved to USB is provided by ELI LINK software, not included in the price
- Pacemaker spike detection: Outstanding, with 40 000Hz/channel/sec sampling
- Compliance with standardsExceeds the range of data acquisition frequency response (0.05-250 Hz) recommended by ACC, AHA, HRS, IHE, and European Standards of Cardiology for pediatric use
