The CARDIAX load laboratory fully automates the load tests. The computer controls the load device (bike or treadmill) according to a pre-set load program. The load program allows you to define the duration of the load phases, the initial load, the load increase per phase and the conditions for stopping the load. If the ergometer is also equipped with an automatic blood pressure monitor, the CARDIAX system measures the blood pressure and stores the measured values. The system continuously records a complete ECG during exercise. The evaluation is done in real time, so that the median curves and ST trends can be observed during the test. At the end of the test, the results are recorded in a final protocol. The results can also be viewed graphically. A graph plots heart rate, blood pressure and workload versus time. Other graphs show the variation of ST amplitudes and medians (ST trend and QRS trend). The program evaluates the performance in the maximum and sub-maximum range.

The load system features:
Sampling in 12 standard + 3 Frank leads. From the Frank leads 2 and 3 dimensional vector ECG can be drawn.
The ECG signal is displayed on the computer screen, so the curve can be observed without the use of paper.
- Cardiax's database management system can simultaneously record millions of patient records and 1000 ECG recordings per person, patient charts and findings are easily managed. In a local network, the database installed on the server can be used by multiple workstations simultaneously.

- The Cardiax system provides the services of a stress ECG laboratory, extended with the necessary tools. It automatically controls the treadmill used for the exercise. Records ECGs on 12 channels throughout the entire test. By connecting an automatic blood pressure monitor, blood pressure measurements are pre-programmed and the measured values are automatically transferred to the program.
