The 3M Littmann CORE phonendoscope is connected to Eko software² on the smart device to visualise, record and share data.
3M's proprietary tunable diaphragm technology allows you to hear sounds at different frequencies by adjusting the pressure applied to the listening head. To identify low frequency sounds, touch gently and for higher frequency sounds, press the listening head slightly harder against the patient.
The soft-insulated ear olives fit perfectly in all ears for optimal comfort and excellent sound isolation.
