Reinforcing rubber bands CANDO® 8 strength levels - 5.5m

The 5.5m length allows the tape to be cut to any size, making it ideal for specific exercises as opposed to the traditional 150cm version. 14cm wide.

The colour of the rubber band, and therefore the correct thickness, is chosen according to the individual's fitness level. If you can easily perform 6-8 exercises with one band for 10-15 repetitions, it is worth switching to a stronger band.
