SUDECK'S DISEASE AND OSTEOPOROSIS: Magnetotherapy is effective in 80% of cases of Sudeck's disease and 70% of osteoporosis.
INFLAMMATORY AND DEGENERATIVE ARTHROPTHY: Magnetotherapy treatment is recommended for both inflammatory and degenerative arthritis. Positive results have also been obtained in rheumatoid arthritis of the hand, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis of the knee and lumbar arthritis.
In the case of artherosclerosis, magnetic fields have been shown to be effective in the treatment of vascular diseases due to their effects on blood flow and microcirculation.
PSORIASIS: Psoriasis responds positively to this treatment in 60% of cases.
