P.I.D. System (Proportional Integral Derivative)
This represents the pinnacle of closed loop control. P.I.D. ensures constant control and monitoring of the entire autoclave operating system, automatically reacting to anomalies or incorrect technical and electronic parameters.
Internal tanks
All autoclaves have an internal tank for clean water and another for used water. Each tank is equipped with sensors to detect the minimum and maximum water level.
Preset temperatures
The preset temperatures used in our autoclave cycles are 134°C and 121°C.
The 134°C cycles are generally used for sterilising solids and stainless or aluminium materials.
121°C cycles are generally used for sterilising thermodynamic and sensitive materials.
Convenience of use
You can select a sterilisation cycle by pressing one button and activate it with another. The first button allows you to scroll through and view all the sterilisation cycle data on the display and select the cycle best suited to your materials, while the second button automatically starts the entire sterilisation cycle.
It is impossible to make a mistake or choose the wrong sterilisation cycle. In the event of an error or warning, a series of messages and LEDs inform you of the problem.
Fully automatic cycles
All cycles are fully automatic, with steps managed by the leading microprocessor on the pleasure control panel. All steps (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) are automatically controlled, supported and managed. No human intervention in cycle management is required.
Unattended and automatic stop cycles
In sterilisation cycles, an automatic function starts the anti-condensation process and automatic shutdown if the operator is not at the machine when the cycle ends.
Test cycles
Our autoclaves are equipped with test cycles for periodic control by physical and functional tests.
Continuously monitored cycles
A device constantly checks and monitors the sterilisation cycles. Any anomalies or unusual features are quickly detected and immediately blocked if they compromise sterilisation cycles. The operator will be alerted of the fault by a message.
All cycles ensure sterilisation of type B devices
All sterilisation cycles include a fragmented vacuum system and a check of the parameters that ensure sterilisation of Type B devices. Therefore, even if the type of cycle chosen is incorrect, the sterilisation process on the material will be equally appropriate.
Integrated osmosis system
The inverse osmosis is a safe water treatment system that removes even the smallest contaminant particles to guarantee purity from bacteria. It works through an osmotic membrane that can filter water at the molecular level.
Equipped with an autoclave with integrated printer.
Supplied with a locked storage compartment, 4 aluminium trays, 1 dual use key for tray opening and door adjustment, water filling and draining hoses, chamber cleaning sponge and integrated osmosis system.
