1. ELECTROTHERAPY - EMS
2 independent channels with 30 waveforms that leave nothing to be desired from a therapeutic point of view. IT curve and the possibility to generate sequences. The Combimed 4000's 10" touchscreen directly displays therapeutic suggestions divided into anatomical areas that can be selected intuitively.
Online help: online help can be used in the device itself, displaying all therapeutic suggestions with useful therapeutic indications. HD-quality images are available on the display for direct visualisation of the treatment. For each application, the exact area where the electrodes should be placed is displayed.
The Combimed 4000 leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to the selection of different current forms:

2. ULTRASOUND THERAPY
For ultrasound therapy, the 1 and 3 MHz frequency ranges are available, both with different penetration depths and correspondingly different therapeutic indications. The therapist has at his disposal a multi-frequency handpiece which can also be used for underwater treatments.
The ultrasound therapy module of the Combimed 4000 offers you, the user, more than 100 therapeutic suggestions, categorised by anatomical area.
Online help: online help is available for the ultrasound module. The therapeutic suggestions are categorised according to the corresponding indications and illustrate the treatment procedure in HD images. The Combimed 4000 ultrasound module is also equipped with an automatic touch sensor. This generates a visual and audible signal so the therapist always knows if the ultrasound head is in proper contact with the treated area.
3. LASER THERAPY
The laser therapy module has one output. The laser diode has a wavelength of 905 nm. All therapy recommendations can be displayed on the screen according to the anatomical areas. For safety during use, the Combimed 4000 also includes 2 pairs of safety goggles for the therapist and the patient.
Online help: specific therapeutic suggestions for each laser application are also displayed with HD images. The images also provide a detailed view of the area where the laser treatment should be performed. The appropriate treatment method is also displayed, point by point and/or scan by scan. An automatic touch sensor ensures that the laser only works when the laser diode is at the right distance from the area to be treated: up to 0.5 cm.
Key features of the Combimed 4000
Intelligent software: EME has equipped Combimed with software that allows intuitive navigation through the different menus. The numerous functions can thus be used effectively by the therapist for a wide variety of therapies. In addition to English, French, Spanish and Italian, German can be set as the display language.
Pre-set protocols: These are clearly categorised by anatomical areas and technologies. For all three technologies, a precise list of available protocols is available. The parameters displayed are only to be used as a guideline for treatment. The various parameters can be set on the touch screen during treatment.
Combimed 4000 patient card:
The patient card allows the therapist to keep track of each patient's medical history. In addition to each patient's personal details, the patient's treatment sessions can be entered.
Multi-therapy mode: this new feature of the Combimed 4000 allows the therapist to treat a patient with several technologies at the same time. This ensures full synergy and is designed to maximise treatment success. EME's developers aim to achieve more effective results and therefore more satisfied patients at the end of treatment.
Saving therapies. In addition to the internal memory, this is also possible on a USB flash drive included in the scope of delivery. This also allows easy external storage.
